As the name SafeGuard suggests, an alliance is formed between AHF and the HPP to maximize the benefits and health outcomes for the subscriber/client who has a bleeding disorder. In addition, routine medical and surgical interventions may be complicated by the coagulation defect. SafeGuard provides HPP subscribers with the personalized, prompt, and cost-effective hemophilia disease management services that are only offered by AHF.
